There is one dumpster behind Bethesda Oasis cabin on Bethesda Lake Lane and one dumpster located at the top of the first hill on Mossy Oak Lane.

The lake cabins designated as such on the website are all within 100 yards or less of the lake and are well within site. The Farmhouse cabins are about 1/3 mile from the lake.  Many people walk to the lake from their cabin.

Yes, many local merchants sell firewood.   There is a firewood charge on your bill and we provide a reasonable amount of firewood for that fee.  Please do not use excessive amounts of firewood as it is very expensive.  The fee we charge for firewood is intended to provide a reasonable amount of wood for reasonably sized fires.

The fireplaces do not require wood as they are gas fireplaces. Please do not adjust the synthetic logs inside the gas fireplaces.

The farmhouse cabins have a remote and those require two buttons to be pushed simultaneously to ignite.   The lake cabins have a wall mounted on/off.  Press and release “on” and give the fireplace ample time to ignite before pushing more buttons.

We have a list of restaurant recommendations on our website. They can be found here.

Check in is 4pm or later.  Check out is 11am sharp. We are unable to accommodate early arrivals and late departures due to our extremely busy reservations calendars.  It takes several hours to prepare each cabin between departure and the next guests arrival.

ATV FAQ

Yes there is a large amount of parking available at or around all of the cabins.

The Wolf Pen Gap trail system lies within thousands of acres of US National Forest property that has hundreds of miles of riding available to ATV enthusiasts year around.   Specifically, within that hundreds of miles of riding lies the Wolf Pen Gap designated area and it is only 39 miles of the riding available in our area.   The 39 miles of Wolf Pen Gap trails do close during the winter (Close November 1st and reopen on the first Friday in March) but they are open additional days during the holiday seasons of Thanksgiving & Christmas.    Be aware that this closure only applies to the 39 miles of trails inside the Wolf Pen Gap designated area.  All riding outside of Wolf Pen Gap is open year around.    You can ride ATVs anywhere in Polk County except inside city limits.  The Maprika app is extremely valuable to assist in navigating the ATV riding in our area. If you download the “2023 OMTAC MAP”  you will find it most helpful in providing the designated seasonal riding, point of interest and key routes that are popular. INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD THE MAP CAN BE FOUND HERE!

We do not rent ATVs, but there are lots of companies that rent to our cabin guests and they all deliver to our cabins.   Simply google search “ATV rentals in Mena Arkansas” and you will find all of the companies that rent ATVs here.  They all deliver to our cabins.

You can ride to the trails without trailering your ATVs.
